my anti virus program catchs any virus I downloaded. (those where pretty shading programs I was downloading to begin with). I dont like Imesh. That program did a lot of damage to my computer though spywhere. After I uninstalled it to remove it. It did not remove it spyware from my computer. I went though and had to manualy delet it. I think after 6 months I was still finding Imesh crap in my computer. The problem was fix when the computer had to be reformated. After that all i had left where the problems that come from windows ME.

WinMX is a great program over all it. It just does not have the user basis any more nor does it let you connect to as many users while you download. That and a lot of people share everthing and limit it to 1 dl going total or they just cancel everything people try to dl. My opinan is if you dont want to share stuff then dont make it advilble for people to download (Hell that what I did. Yeah I know it wrong not to share stuff but my comptuer can not handle it. and it become very unstable if I do). One person who was I tried downloading off of Message me telling me he does not support downloading illige copyingrighted music and movies. Can you guess what he was downloading from me. Yep both a illigely downloaded movie I had (enemy at the gate good movie btw) and a few songs I had that I know you can easily buy at the music store well he download got quite nicing canceled and I though and I used what he told me and throw it in his face. "You said that you dont sopport illage file sharing well let me help you"

i dont like kazaa. first cuz of the spyware (havent tried lite though) but most of all, cuz most of the files r renamed 2 sumthin else (like when i tried 2 d/l windows xp, i got Monsters INC in jap w/ eng subs.....) WinMX is also starting to do this...

edit:
i also hate iMesh. when i installed it on my hp (win95), it crashed my os every time i opened it... after a few seconds i got a fatal bsod. w/ win98se, after a lot of months, i installed imesh again and it gave me a fatal bsod after a few seconds of the client being maximized (or any non-minimized-to-the-tray mode)

lol timeless u keep confusin me!

I think a some of people rename some of the popular big program so they can race there ratings (Gosh just get K++ it gives yo uthe highest rating you can get). Then you have all those people who down load these dummy files and they forget or are to lazy to delet them only increasing there spread. Also the music complany are starting to flood most of hte file sharing networks with fake files.
Also some programs I will never download even to test them out. one of them is any OS because I dont trust installing that stuff with out a CD because to much can go wrong while you doing it. When you have the Legal CDs you can always fall back on those. That and a lot of complains are getting smart on preventing you from downloading there updates. One why is they use your CD key to make sure some updates are not download muliply times by diffent users so if you give you CD key to some else there goes getting some program updates.

Now some programs I will dl. Yeah I admit I am running music jut box pro off a download keygen but that not a big deal since it a minorly used program but my Window OS is any entirly diffent matter. (there a reason I am refusing my friends offer of a free copy of XP pro. I will get htat the legal way)

the best place to find anything and everything possibly related to p2p: http://www.zeropaid.com
thats pretty much all you need
personally, i use kazaa lite, with k++. do a search, use the "auto search more" option, and there isnt much that you cant find. i dont like to deal with irc.
anybody know a good place to get game iso's? i just discover daemon tools and alcohol 120%...
please stop. now.

Bearshare... god..that's even more gay. It runs off the same network as kazaa.. just another client progrm.

I don't even want to connect to the Kazaa network for fear of catching a virus off there.
bearshare is NOT connected to the Kazaa network. Bearshare uses the Gnutella network. Kazaa uses the FastTrack network.
