Recovering deleted items

Not on the subject of AIM, is there anyway to recover items that were dleted from the recycle bin?

it is sometimes possible (basically depending on how much disk activity there has been since you deleted the file). if you search your favorite shareware depository for "undelete" you should be able to find something that will do the trick.
