Its really fun, you all should try it.

What I do, is use my mom's panties to make a noose. She's a rather large woman, so there's a lot of material. I tie the noose around my neck and make it progressively tighter. I loop it over a door handle and have it hang in front of me, because I am on my hands and knees so the ham stays on my ass. This way its also easier, as I can pull down instead of pulling up. As I am about to come, I pull it really tight. I usually have to shower afterwards because I use chocolate syrup as lubricant and get it all over my neck when I take the noose off.
