ot: stupid windows session logoff away message....

sorry for the OT post but i figured this was the best place to find someone who might know the answer to my question. is there any way to make it so that AIM (i believe in 4.7+, i'm using the latest beta) doesn't automatically put up an away message if i don't have one if XP goes to the welcome screen? i looked through the registry to see if it was hidden in there to no avail. please lemme know if i'm the only one this bothers or if anyone else has any luck with this.
