Always On Top IM Windows

Could you make the IM chat windows ALWAYS ON TOP? I play a lot of PC games, and I hate to shift from fullscreen to window and vice versa all the time just to be able to see if it was an important IM. Trillian had this feature and I really love it. But it pisses me off that AOL blocks Trillian users all the time so that's one of the reason why I'm kinda hesitating to use it again.

AIM already has an always on top feature that unfortunately doesn't extend to message windows or away messages. This would definitely be a nice addition for a future version of AIM+, certainly not all too hard to do :).

I found a program called actual title buttons that'll give any window an always-on-top capability. It'll also send any window to the system tray. Cool program...too bad it's not free.

Anyway, it'd be nice to be able to send message windows to the system tray as well.

There a program that's free that does always on top, transparencies (in 2k/xp), and minimise to icon called powermenu.
