I think it would be cool if we had a "boss key" for AIM like some games have.
For example, if you pressed a key or a combination of keys like Ctrl+Alt+b it would temporarily remove all instances of AIM from the screen, including open/flashing IM windows in the taskbar, to the AIM icon in the system tray, and the buddy list on the screen. Then, to get it back, you'd just press the key(s) again.
It seems to me a program like AIM+ would be more likely to do this than AOL would on their own...

well...
well.... theres a couple things you could do that would work...
1: You can always press Ctrl+Alt+F4 to close and totally exit AIM. Then you could just reload it when your "boss" goes away.
B: Dont use AIM at work
lol, but i gotta admit.. that would be kinda a cool feature tho

I use the program Traysaver. It allows you to minimize any program to the tray. I'm sure there other programs that do the same thing but I've never tried any. Works good for hiding IM windows. You can totally hide it or hide it to the tray. The only problem is it doesnt work if you click minimize all windows, you got to minimize them one by one. The website is www.mlin.net
