See how long people are idle even when they choose not to

Have a feature so i can see if someone is still sitting at their computer when they have a setting so you can't tell if they are or not.

If someone is choosing to hide their idle status using some sort of a hack or the AIM setting, there's probably no way to reverse that. If the AIM servers are reporting a buddy is idle, there's really no way to find out otherwise.
