Avatar size (off-site avatars)

Overly-large avatars have popped up twice in the last week, so I disabled off-site avatars. Off-site avatars cannot be restricted in size.

You can still use an URL as your avatar, but it will be copied to the site.

May be a bit of a bummer for those who like to have their avatar in just one place, or change it often, but it's probably for the best.
