comctl32.dll

Im using WinME (I know... It sucks..)
Anyways I try right clicing a bunch of files then create SFV, or i just load up the program and when i try to do something i get a comctl32.dll error, i tried re-installing (uninstalling it first) i tried rebooting i think i've tried everything all it gives me is a stupid comctl32.dll, Any help is appreciated...
