Not sure if this has been posted, It sure isnt on this first page or two..I dont feel like checking all 7..8 pages. But yeah,

Maybe for the so called 'retarded people' (not to be mean) that dont know how to give us their version of AIM+ and AIM, and OS and all that stuff.. maybe you could create an error log. Every error would get written to a text file, with the time, and date and all that good stuff. So then you could just have them submit this file in with a problem and you could look it over..

Or another possibility, set up something like the M$ IE error reporting. On every error, it brings up that 'error report' dialog. All the user would have to do is click the submit button, and it would send off all the error data, user OS etc.. You could even impliment an ASP error trap or catch or something, to catch the error, display it to the user, and submit it off to you guys at Big-O.
It might be a lot of work, but it would sure help with knowing what errors occured, what other running Apps might have conflicted with AIM+ to cause the error, and with what versions, and OS and stuff.
