Show Away Time

When people put away messages on, could you make it so that you can see how long they have been AWAY, instead of just how long they have been IDLE?

what would be the point of that, if u really want to know more info about them, u can lower your idle time, to see how long they havnt been at the computer....becuase i find that there is no point of haveing to see how long they are away...i guess i just dont know where your coming from

BECAUSE!!!!! i dont know it woud just be great haha like if they said be back in an hour and you need to talk to them then you woud know when there gonna come back if you wanna wait.... cuz mine doesnt always say there idle...even when there gone for like ever but i duno i just think it woud be better...

People can also disable showing them idle in prefences.

Instead, perhaps a more useful feature would be what time he put up the away message. This would be esp. useful for messages such as "bb in 20."

I do actually think that a feature like this would be quite useful. I have a few friends who have the idle time disables, and it would be nice to see how long ago someone said "Back in an hour" so if I need to talk to them, I can know whether or not it is worth it to wait.
Thats just my opinion though.

it would be an ok maybe useful feature but another server issue because you might be able to do it as a regular feature if maybe you are online 24/7 and timed how long they are away but other wise another server issue
