Batch SFV Creation

Does it support batchin? I don't want to install it in vain. I need a SFV maker program for my MP3 collection. I want to be able to just pick the root MP3 folder and then it would take care of everything automaticly.
so if my tree looks like this:
ROOT
album1
album2
album3
it would make a file called "00. Album1.sfv" and put it into the Album1 folder. Then go to the next and go on until it's done. I have over 500 albums I need to make SFVs of so doing it manually is not an option.
There are no files in the root dir, only folders. There are no subfolders in the folders, if there are multi disc albums they are named "blabla - disc 1" and "blabla - disc 2" and placed in the root. Is it possible to do it this way with this program?
