Is there a way to remove aim from the task bar and only display it in the system tray all the time?

There is a Preferences option called "Hide taskbar button when buddy list is minimized." When you minimize your list, it goes to the tray. But no, as far as I know, you cannot both be viewing your list and have it not be in the taskbar at the same time.
