I have a twelve-inch Leonado sitting right here at my workstation. I wish it was Raphael though--he was your typical New Yorker: angry, rude, and potty-mouthed.

BTW..does anyone else still actually have all the action figures?

I think it was because their shells weren't closed all around like a regular turtle. If you notice, there is actually flesh on the sides of their torsos. You had the front of the shell on their chest, then as you worked your way around, you got to a fleshy part, and then the back of the shell on their backs. Maybe that's what they meant?

..or am I over analyzing this? :-?

Yes I do..I remember spending countless hours (and quarters) playing that game. I wanna buy one of those arcade consoles. But lack of money (and a place to put it!!)is preventing me from doing so. One day..one day..

You all DO know that the TMNT are coming back to TV, right??

It's gona be all new episodes, but more "anime" style... I hope it works, and bring back those fond memories of me sitting there watching it day after day after day :)
Over the coming months we'll be presenting artwork (and other cool stuff) from the upcoming TMNT cartoon by 4Kids Entertainment and Dong Woo Animation that will debut on Fox in February of 2003!
This week we've got a few pix of some locales and vehicles!

For more information regarding the show, check out 4Kids Entertainment's TMNT Fox Box Page!
You can find the link to more information here:

I did not know (yes Mark, I'm watching my language now :P). To bad I'm not much of an anime fan..I just hope they don't mess it up now, or I'll be really pissed.

BTW..who else watched that cartoon religiously other than me?

I remember watching it all the time. We even had ther sticker collection book thingy they had out at that time... I hope this one is cool. Being a fan of both anime and regular cartoons, its going to be interesting to see how this turns out. And what about the old board game they had? My roommate three years ago had that and we played it once or twice.

Is it just me or do they seem to be bringing a lot of these old cartoons back with revamps: He-Man, Transformers and now TMNT?

Yea and for a simple reason too: kids shows today suck. Pokemon this and Pokemon that. Anime all over the place. What ever happened to the crap we used to watch? I was addicted to Fraggle Rock when I was a kid. Now I have over 40 episodes on my computer. I sing and dance along with Gobo and the rest of the Fraggles as I relive my childhood.

If you ask me, somebody should play reruns of all the old shows. :)
