error when trying to add an item to queue

unfortunately the program crashs for me (i have only tested it on one pc ,running windows xp pro sp1) when adding an sfv to queue (by double clicking an sfv file) while it searchs for renames
because hksfv has such a great queue system and the great feature to automaticly rename files i use those awesome features very often ,it is a little annoying that it crashs when i am trying to add a file to queue while it's searching for renames ...
what i mean is following : an item in an sfv file was not found ,the program searchs for renames and at the same time i want to add an item to queue by double clicking the sfv file
i don't know if only i have that error or if it's a bug ,if it's a bug i'd be glad seeing a fix on hksfv for that

I am able to reproduce this bug. When you add an item into the queue while hkSFV is looking for renames, hkSFV gives up on finding the renames, goes right into checking the next file, and then crashes.
