is there a way to display a list of the topics we are currently watching besides searching for our names and checking each one?

is there a way to display a list of the topics we are currently watching besides searching for our names and checking each one?

As far as I know.. the link in the very lower left corner of the posts.. says "Watch This topic". If im not mistaken, when you watch the topic, all responses get emailed to you. I could be wrong though. But as to display a list?? i dont think there is a way... or at least I havent found one yet.
