It comes from the BangBus videos. They say "we're gonna go get us a bia bia" (pronounced bee-uh bee-uh)

At my school there are many black people (not being racisted) but as i have asked them they all say bia bia is slang for biatch a.k.a Bi*** you fill in the blanks.

There is some rap song that uses bia bia in reference to "the B word" (female dog) so that's probably what it's from.
