PLEASE LOOK HERE
I am doing a project for school, due next semester, and I need as many sources as possible. Just answer the poll, and say something else if you want to.

im addicted to it
everytime i go to the dentist, they yell at me about drinking so much soda. I honestly cant stop drinkin it tho. Usually i really dont care what kind it is...... but if i had to pick between coke and pepsi, id go for pepsi.
I like the clear soda's better tho. IE: sprite, 7UP, Mist, etc.
I was addicted to coke (and Mountain Dew) as well. I worked for one company that provided all the carbonated drinks you could consume for FREE! I was in heaven. Then my doctor told me that the problem I have with kidney stones is a direct result of the sodas I'm drinking (I was drinking about 6-12 cans a day). I quite drinking that day and haven't looked back. Getting kidney stones isn't fun and a whole lot of pain
I've been soda-free for a few month over a year. Boy do I miss that sugary goodness......lol

No, not directly related. I should've put more detail.....
Most carbonated drinks are diuretics. That mean's they cause you to get overly dehydrated. The fact that they are loaded down in caffeine and/or sugar and sodium is what makes them a diuretic. Because I was drinking so many of them I was constantly dehydrated (or at least my kidneys were). The doctor said that it's like the experiment in science class where you can make rock candy by suspensing a string in a sugar solution. As the water evaporates the sugar crystals adhere to the string and form a rock of sugar. Well, if there isn't large quantities of fluid (perferably water) flowing through your kidneys then there is nothing to flush mineral deposits out of the kidneys and they grow stones.

How did I give you the idea? I don't remember tellin you about how I used it for my Health class back in 12th grade. LOL! Or was it just because I showed you my forum. (Which btw, the site should be up sometime today. Dang, it takes a long time to switch domain names, well it shows that the name musicalhorizon.com has been sold. YAY! )perrytheprez wrote:nybbles, i got the idea from you to do this, and i needed some type of poll for a math class next semester, so hey, i just thought Big-O!
Well either way, good luck with the project.
