Yep if you are on a LAN it most likely won't display the correct IP.

Correct you both are.. I just tried it with someone I was talking to..
It gives my LAN IP address..not the outside IP address to the internet..

so HA! Try to hack me! 192.168.1.100 :wink:
(Which of course you cant...those are the standard Linksys router IP's.)
