Accessing Recieved ims

im making a Dictation program for aim (reads your ims to you) with microsoft TTS api... i need help. i cant seem to figure out how to get the text from the instant messages that i recieve. how do i get it. i know someone on here has to have some insight because of the logging. or can someone tell me how the logging works so i can intergrate it into my program somehow thx
