lock history option

Is there a way that the history option can be locked so no one turns it on or off.
Unfortunately,
I don't believe AIM+ gives you the option to disable the History feature completely. It can be turned off/on through the preferences, but I don't know of a way of crippling the feature completely so it won't function.
Considering the History Logger is one of the key features of AIM+, I don't think they would make this a feature.
