What is the obsession with post count?

It's not so much of an obsession with post count so much as it's a fun community based thing.

Nah, I think it's an obsession. Whey else would Master Jedi take a screenshot just to show he's got more posts than you Mark?

I think it a honor thing. I think jedi proud that he has more post than mark. Me I just want to know hte new ranks and stuff

Some people just let it go to their head, althought that does not mean their posts are not useful.

posts aren't what really matters. what matters is if they are useful. There is no reason to get all annoyed w/ someone b/c they are bragging this is all for fun no one is making you guys come here. You come here b/c you want to. Don't worry about what other people have or do.

I just like to joke about the post count...I'm not really obsessed with it. As you may have noticed, I haven't been around here much for the past few days. I just wanted to make a point when I exceeded the post counts of both the forum owners cuz I thought it was funny. And DADINK, if you think my posts are arrogant then too bad...lol
