Warning: Trojan AOL.Aim

Post by MikeZed »

A new AIM password stealer is out called Trojan AOL.Aim. "AOL.Aim saves the AIM (passwords) entered by users, sends it to the virus author and displays an error message on screen. This message informs the user that the connection with the messaging servcie could not be established. AOL.Aim does not use any specific means to spread. It reaches computers through the usual means used by viruses: e-mail messages with an infected attachment, computer networks, CD-ROMs, Internet downloads, FTP, floppy disks, etc." As always, make sure your virus scanner is up to date if you use Microsoft Windows(tm)

Everyone on the Big-O Software board are fucking dumbasses except MikeZed because he actually knows common sense.

Axilla is the gayest person on this board.

Yeah, I read this too... I just didn't post it.
It's nothing new really...it's the same as any other virus.
The same rules apply because of the way it's transfered.. which is pretty much standard for most viruses these days.
