Does anyone know if I can write a proxy in VB .NET Learning Edition?

Yeah I'm sure you can. But you can't you winsock.ocx thought , it does not work with .NET. You have to use System.Net.Sockets.

The deal is that in VB 6, your programs are denied access to the networking APIs (and you don't get design licenses for the network controls). I know about System.Net.Sockets, but I'm wondering if I'll have access to it.
