One question...

When i try to hit Ctrl + Alt + Delete, it says :
"Task Manager has been disabled by your administrator."
Theres two admin accounts on this computer... and one guest.
One admin is my bro, the other is this account.. Mine.
He hasnt got on his account..
But yet.. I do, I can use Ctrl + Alt + Delete on that admin account... and on the Guest account.
But not mine... How do I fix that?
I am running Windows XP Home

Alot of times windows blames things on the Administrator..lol. I had a similar problem, just check your rights and settings.

Go into the registry and delete any of the policies for the local user.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies

And everthing under that. Just kill everthing in those folder (or just some... You can figure out what they do) and you should be set. You may have to log off and on to lose the policies though. In the mean time if this is a networked computer it may not work, or when you log back on it would be back to normal.
