Is there such a thing as an attachment to your computer to read PS2 Memory Cards? This would be great for sharing save files with friends and such.

There was for the PSone. It was called the Dex Drive. It was a USB device (I think), and it let you read memory cards onto your PC. I don't know if a Dex Drive was ever made for PS2.
