There's a lot of 'em. You can use Photoshop to figure them out, or use a pixel-spy program. Basically, they are just mixtures of color formulas in hexadecimal code. The code is based like this:
#rrggbb
where r = red, g = green, and b = blue. Each space can hold a character from 0-F, where A = 10, B = 11, C = 12, up to F = 15. This is because it is written hexadecimally, so each color can hold a value from 0 - 255. The computer than mixes the three colors to achieve the color.

Check out Webmonkey. Their a great resource.
Here's the link for their color code section
http://hotwired.lycos.com/webmonkey/ref ... lor_codes/
It's in the 6 digit Hexidecimal format as you said you needed.
But also as a sidenote, if you're using these colors to design a Webpage, you can use RGB values as Michael started to get into. Each value is up to 255.
So it'll look like 255,255,255 for White, and 0,0,0 for Black..and so on for all other colors.
As well you can also use the 16 standard color names as predefined in the HTML 4.01 Standard as set by the W3C. (But for some odd reason, I can't find the those color name values.)
