"error invalid ID"? what does that mean for sub pr

what does error invalid ID mean like with sub profiles...cuz when ppl and i try 2 view my sub profile it says error invalid ID and when i try 2 log in my account it says my pswd is invalid even tho i know its the right 1...if u know nethin bout this plz respond

a lotta subprofiles u need to create an account with them.
mayb u accidently deleted this account and they cut off ur subprofile
its happened to me b4 and u shud just check it
that wud also explain why it worked in the begining and doesnt now
