Lock does not work if :

1. You have an older version of Aim 4.8 , 5.1 ..ect .
2. If you logged as mobile user

But 5.2 users will see the lock

yep it is still on the connection screen but it doesn't give me any errors

I Just Realised! I am now a Veteran! YEA! and when i am on it, it lags so much AIM is almost unusable. And Sooner or Later, will you make the Packet Sniffer able to view Mesages?

Also , go to main tab and check the list under Blocked , tell me if it has something there ? I had the same problem. It blocked some packet and my aim wouldnt connect.

nothing is on the main screen and im using aim 5.2.3290

make sure it does not block port 5656

In The Next Versions, You Should Have Selective Ports, and Sniip3r, IM Me On AIM, My s/n is Walker2130, talking on AIM is easier than over forums.

2. make it available in away messages. (or even better with a %w variable)

I'm not super knowledgeable about routers but at least on my Netgear Router, I use port forwarding to open up ports (like for kazaalite, netmeeting) I'm going to download this program now and give it a try!

Few suggestions/fixes...

1. FIX the winamp thing first

(doesnt tell me that winamp is open when it is...)
2. Integrate into AIM like AIM+ or deadaim does (althought i know you dont know how too...)(long run suggestion...)
3. Fix logging...
4. When the prog installs, have it create shortcuts in the startup dir, quick launch bar, and desktop...as well as startmenu.
5. If possible fix the Alerts Server popup...I know have not recieved this msg in like 3 mts at least.....and now its poping up all over the place...

Thats all I can think of thus far...

I noticed that too. It seems to interupt the connection with the Alerts Server. As soon as I login, it kicks me off the Alert Server.
Not that I care though... I don't use alerts.
