Making an animated Icon

I was wondering how to Make an animated buddy icon. I have 3 Imeages i want to change on a 2 second interval. Anyone know how, or will do it for me?

get a program that makes animated *.gif's
i dunno of ne specific ones, use google

I use coffee cup gif animator...I can send it to you on AIM

EDIT: yeah, I can do it for ya if you want, I just hope it ends up being under the 7k limit
