so basicly they the RIAA is just a bunch of greedy basterd and will sue anyone that they can. I willing to bet they would sue radio complan next prouble start with the smalls ones say there are providing hte music for free to everyone

Of course that's high unlikely considering the "Quality" of radio music. And then the obvious fact that radio has "paid-for" commercials, which most likely goes straight to the RIAA and others to pay for the play of music.
