Am I the only one that finds this funny? Did Napster forget that Apple sold millions when they opened?

I sure wouldn't buy anything from a company turned because of a RIAA legal battle... Apple is a 1000x better in this case.

I personly dont use either. Itunes as a player is not the best thing out there. Yes it is still my main player because i like it library funition a lot but as for coding the player it uses to much processor power compared to winamp (1-4%). Itunes uses bettween 5-15% with far greater spikes that jump to a 50-60% compare to winamp spicks of 20-30% when opening a new file. The other problem with itunes is it some times gets stuck in a loop or somethign where it wants to use 100% of my processor and it will not do anything nor let me do anything else until I hit ctrl-alt-del and end the itune.exe. Be on that it a great player.
But for buying music I dont like it interface that much niehter carry the bands I like. Napster will never be on my computer since it got replaced by WinMX and kazaa. Hell I dont really download any music anyways. And the stuff I do get is no lisineed in the US so yeah that solve that problem for me.
