How to re-join files

I have download some file with one .sfv file. I want to join or make them one file. how can I do that and which software I should use?

Join what files ? The .SFVs, or the file(s) you downloaded?

I think he means if you have file1.sfv and file2.sfv make them both into file3.sfv so you don't have to run the scan on two diffrent files.

no hes not. large files are frequently cut into chunks so they can be downloaded in small parts (because large downloads can time out). these parts are distributed with a verification, like an SFV, so you know all the parts are intact when you get them. after you verify the files are intact, you assemble the binary data into one file.
