Right click on Start error

This isn't so much as a problem as it's been annoying. Everytime I right click on the Start button of my HP computer with XP, the following error message pops up:

ERROR
hkSFV is not correctly installed (Settings not found in Registry)

When I click "OK", the window disappears and "open", "explore", "search", etc. appears like normal. I really don't remember that we ever "installed" hkSFV in the first place. Is there anything I can do to stop this error message?

Thanks very much.

Reinstall the program. You didn't install hkSFV on that user account so the registry settings are not set for that user.

This issue is known, and is caused by the lack of ability in the installed as opposed to something with hkSFV it's self.
