Post by Anthony »

I don't think I have heard a good news story (from the RIAA's stand point) since they sued the 12 year old...

Artists against the RIAA going after people - http://arstechnica.com/archive/news/1063582094.html

RIAA being sued for say they would protect people that admited having music - http://classic.winamp.com/news.jhtml;$s ... leid=10062

As what the sites said, i agree with, The RIAA didn't put much thought into the plan of stoping p2p file sharing. But then, i wouldn't also go to the RIAA and tell them that i Share music, it's not like if we don't tell them we go to hell. It's more or less a Free ticket to jail. but have they said anything about the other companys, such as the ones that make cd burners and stuff, you think they would be getting hit just as much, cause it seems that people buy burners and blank cds to make music and Mp3s.

either way, the RIAA has messed shit up for the worse in my sight.
