What do you mean you can't use that one? The History Viewer is located here:
http://www26.brinkster.com/idejsecr/hisview/hisview.asp. You need to install that and follow the instructions that follow.

the whole point of Jedi creating the history viewer was that you didn't need 4.8 for it to work.
