Question: Autofader function, could be done for all windows?

Hey guys, that automatic fading when the window loses focus is an awesome feature. I was wondering if you had considered making a standalone utility to apply that kind of fading to all Windows? I know that there are tools for manually setting the transparency of any window in 2K/XP, but I haven't been able to find any that do it automatically when a window loses focus as yours does. Such a tool would come in handy, I'm sure, to a lot of people besides myself.
