AIM+ Integration issues

I downloaded AIM + and installed it and followed the steps but it wont integrate with aim. I can open it to clone and things, but there are no aim+ features on my aim client. Ive tried several times and ive checked obvious things like the path of my Aim.exe. Is there a fix for this problem?

what version of aim do you have
it works best with 4.8

Get AIM 4.8.
