Can someone help me, i´m new at this??? please!!

Fisrt of all, I wanna say hello to everybody in here !!!

Well lets get to the point, i´m new in this, and i was trying to download a VPC series of Batman Beyond, but when in clicked the series, it comes up a file with a list of all the episodes and somes numbers, like this:

f49678aeef6b704285cca80b6ffadfe8 *Batman Beyond - 1x01 - Rebirth - Part 1 [VPC].avi
d612190fb4f64c7cd0def998b49c16bb *Batman Beyond - 1x02 - Rebirth - Part 2 [VPC].avi

at the top of the file is this:

;

So, i´ve got no idea of what this means, how do i download MD5 files? or what am i missing?? or where do it get this files???

Can some one explain this to me , ...and i´m from mexico and i have a little trouble with mi english!

Download the progra - Put the verify file in the same place you have the show's files.

Double click the icon with the check mark as a icon.

Go from there.

Come back if you have any more trouble.
