You know when you are scrolling the buddy list and the list is blocked out by the ugly yellow popup that appears when your mouse pointer is near the buddy list? It says the screen name, how long it has been on, and the features that the user's client has.

That is a great idea. I don't think it would be hard. It may be even a simple registry hack

I like them and wish more information was on them. Such as away status. I could care less about the clients capabilities though. my 2 cents.

Well how about limiting them to pop up only when you are actually hovering over the name and NOT using the scroll bar.

I agree, the tooltop should only appear when you are actually hovering over the screenname and not anyplace on the buddies row. Stupid AOL.
