i have a trojan horse virus or w/e they r called and i cant stop it quaritine or delete can someone plz halp thx

if you know the name of the virus go to symantec's website, search for it, and get the fix.

and don't open up any more stupid fowards in your e-mail.

put your computer in safe mode then run the anti-virus again and you should be able to get rid of it.
