How to unregister the shell extension?

A quick search on the forum didn't reveal an answer...
I'd like to know how I can unregister the hkSFV shell extension so it won't show up in the right-click menu for every single file type. If I want to use an SFV file I'll just open hkSFV and go from there...
I saw in a post from over a year ago this option would be included in the next update, but it's either not been included or there hasn't been an update.
Anyway, I'm running Windows XP. So can anyone help me?
