blinky things only work in Netscape (Thank god).. and they've been deprecated since HTML 4.01.
i hate Websites that have been "spiced up"..
If it takes too long to load.. or its distracting to my eyes.. i dont even bother looking at it and move on.

get in your painting program and draw them.
