Wasn't that where Bart ruins a Christmas dinner that Lisa made or something, so he runs away, donates plasma for money, then passes out next to a bum? Something super obscure like that?

The only episode that I can remember where Burns played a big role, was in "Who Shot Mr Burns"... the 2 parter. I think it was set up to be a season finale, and premier for the next season... but im probably wrong.
