Disable clearing

I searched through other topics but didn't see this answered

Today i let someone send me songs through direct connection
and there was a limit set or whatever but it would clear the window
and i lost the songs. This also happens in chats. Is there a way to
disable this? Or just let it go for chats or anything? thanks.

tell your friends to use the 'send file' option and not just send it through the chat window.
