Problems with common users on W2K Professional

Hi
I am executing a Windows 2000 Professional with sp4 in Athlon XP 1700.
I have installed hkSFV logged in administrator's account. With this account it works well.
When I logged with common user, the following error occurs.
Pop-up: Error, hkSFV is not correctly installed (install path not found in registry), then hkSFV does not work on menu also if I try to start following menu.
Have some tip to hkSFV work with shell extension for other users?
