AIM and Resource Hackers

[Guy who needs help...]

Alright this really isn't about AIM+ so much as it's a question about AIM in general, but i hoped some of the smart people here would be able to answer my question. I've been using a resource hacker to change some stuff in AIMres.dll (menu names, text... stuff like that). I've been trying (with no success) to replace their icons and .gifs with some that i made; never seems to work. Anybody know how i can replace theirs with mine? Anyone???

try saving them as bitmaps

depending on the folder thing their in, you want to save them ex "GIFDATA" you would save as .gif, BITMAP save a .bmp ect
