Notify of new AIM Version.

even though aim has a notify for a new version, i never get it when the version comes out. AIM+ notifies me right away when a new AIM+ is out. Maybe u can do the same for AIM versions? just a thought :/

This feature is already built in to AIM. In the AIM preferences menu under "Sign On/Off" there is an "Auto Upgrade" box. You can turn it on and choose either "Beta and Final Releases" or just "Final Releases."

AIM will only notifity you of a new version when you sign on, so if you're online for days at a time, like me, you probably don't get a chance to see the notification all too often.

So long as you're checking the Big-O forums you'll find out about new AIM versions faster than most!
