View subprofiles without being tracked

Is there some way you can make it so people can block a profile tracker?
That would really be nice.
It's like a guestbook that forces you to sign it!

This might be possible, but for now you can simply copy the link to the clipboard, and paste it into an IE window address bar. You'll see that the link has your name in it. Remove/Change that part of the link, and then Go.

Big-O Ryan, thanks, I'll try that!

I'm not very computer savy, so an automatic way of doing this would be nice.
Tank for the tip, I'll try that. :D

I tryed this with a buddy who has my name already.
I thought if it worked, he wouldn't see the number of times I've viewed it.
I copied the hyperlink to the clipboard, pasted it in IE's location bar, and deleted my name.
This is what I saw when I pressed Enter...

Some subprofile sites check that the user agent is "AIM/30 (Mozilla 1.24b; Windows; I; 32-bit)". If you're intent on doing this, download a copy of Lynx. It has a command-line parameter to set the user agent for its requests.
