death threats... hackers... etc... it's all a scam... Big-o turned its back on us users and they wont even admit it, and neither will some of you... if the sql server was down then why was Matt's page (I think that's who's page it was...) was working fine??? why were we still able to d/l AIM+ 2.*??...

anyone who thinks AOL DOS attacked Big-O is, to be blunt, clueless. I'm sure one of the biggest ISP's in the world is going to do a DOS attack on someone...are you kidding me? :roll:

what??? if you take the integral of a increasingly smaller number (as X^2 tends to infinity, the inverse tends towards 0, and like the limit squeeze theorem, your multiplying a big number by 0, which translates to being online 0 seconds!) correct me if i'm wrong... but how exactly do you integrate ...

well elronco is right...i can't edit either...it keeps saying "error in deleting post"... anywho, my other suggestion would to be moving all your .gif files/.html files to a subdirectory of aim+ called "images" or something...just a little cleanup so everything doesn't look so cl...

of course i was idle...probably like at least 200 of those days :) what does that have to do with anything tho? it's not like aim keeps a running tab of how long you've been idle...it only keeps track of how long you've idle until you become "unidle" again...then it resets and doesn't disp...

ahh you have sbc too?! maybe part of my problem is that im now splitting the internet connection 7 ways with my router...but dsl is much much slower than my old cox@home connection...i hate this capping thing that dsl does :(

anywho, back to the topic, anyone else have a long uptime?

Mine is somewhere around 288 days, 14 hours....i say somewhere since this was the last time I took a screen shot... I had the same contest thing goin on with my friend....we had a contest for who could stay online the longest...and people, this is with a Windows machine! It ended I think in March of...

par files are "parity files"...basically they let you recover missing volumes in an archive...say for instance you had a 700mb file split into chunks of 15mb with winrar...of course you end up with around 45-50 pieces...now say you're downloading them but for user A he is missing volume 24...

no all you have to do is choose whether to load all conversations into ram or read them one by one into history viewer. you would still only need to keep one history dialog
